• Where is the store based?

  Oceanside, CA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are your stickers waterproof/ can I put them on my vehicle?

  These stickers are a little resistant to water, but I would highly suggest you decorate surfaces that *won't* get wet! They last for a decent amount of time on water bottles if they are *hand washed*, but will not last as long and are subject to damage. Not advised as car decorations.

• Do you take commissions? Custom stickers or paintings?

  I'm always flattered by anyone asking. I try to keep a limited queue, and at the moment I do not accept commissions for stickers or paintings. If you are interested in other custom art by me, check out my kofi! Or you can keep an eye out on my socials. :)

• Are your paintings sealed?

  Yes! All paintings will have a light varnish on them.

• My item came bent/damaged! What do I do?

  Please reach out to me and we can arrange an exchange. Some items may be subject to a refund (ie: one of a kind paintings) on a case-by-case basis. Please understand that while I take the upmost care in packaging, I no longer have control of the product's safety after it leaves my hands. My priority is ensuring you are a happy customer, so I'm happy to talk about options should an item be damaged.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
